With thirty years of experience, Gail Crabtree is a passionate builder. Gail's maternal roots extend back to the 1700s in the Triangle area and she comes from a family of builders. Her maternal grandfather, father, uncle, two brothers, sister and niece all worked in the homebuilding business. Gail worked with her family for seven years, when it was one of the largest building companies in Durham. In 1983 Gail started her own company. Gail's goal is to build quality homes that reflect her deep ties to the Triangle and that will add to our communities rich heritage. This was recognized in 2002 when G. Crabtree won the Historic Preservation Society of Durham Neighborhood Conservation Award. Gail's homes reflect her sense of place, commitment to quality and excellent taste.
